Black clothes, black hair and black makeup are definitely clear signs of a goth. But goth has expanded to include iterations of the subculture like fantasy, fairy, and Victorian.

With all the ways to express an interest in the darker side of life, there shouldn’t be just one make up either.

Depending on the type of goth vibe you like to express there’s definitely some cool make up trends to inspire you. Look to a bleached brow to make a seemingly sweet palette more sinister or play up shades of soot like gray for a pastelized black. For more purists a classic bold lip in the the darkest burgundy can be a not so light escape from the expected noir.

And is there anything more vamp than blood red on the lips? Smudge up the eyes in bright color or blurred neutrals to rekindle 90’s morbid high fashion heroin chic look.

Check out some of the best goth inspired makeup trends that aren’t black.

In the new year, Bubba prepares for his grand entrance with the release of the new single called “Ditch Diggers” featuring popular Texas artists Quinnfn and SSG Splurge. Bubba credits the new collaboration as working with the youngest and hottest stars in today’s music industry.
