Some of Hollywood’s brightest talent came out for a dinner party honoring Diahann Carroll last night.  See photos of Zoe Saldana and Kerry Washington at the dinner inside as well as pics of Tia and Tamera out at an ESSENCE event.  

Last night, Alfre Woodard and Rémy Martin held a dinner party at a private residence in Beverly Hills honoring Diahann Carroll for her achievement in the entertainment industry. Guests included Regina King, Aisha Tyler, Adepero Oduye and Chandra Wilson. 

And Zoe Saldana offered up her good friend Kerry a few kisses.

Oprah Winfrey and Viola Davis were amongst the fabulous well wishers who honored Ms. Carroll before sitting down to an intimate four-course dinner prepared by Chef Emma Coriz and paired with Rémy Martin cocktails. 

Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry wore a sexy black cocktail dress to the Cinema Sistahs Soiree.  And over the weekend, Halle will likely be among the attendees at this Sunday’s Oscar telecast where Kerry has also just been announced as a presenter.  
 

And in LA…. 

Tia and Tamera Mowry were spotted at Spago for an ESSENCE Magazine event (sponsored by Target) where they posed with the mag’s entertainment director, Cori Murray as well as Mikki Taylor.

Lauren London joined in the fun and the fab ladies chatted about a number of topics, including mommyhood, with an attendee tweeting "At the @essencemag / @Target dinner with @tiamowry, @tameramowrytwo, and @MsLaurenLondon. Beautiful Mommies! #Spago"
