R. Kelly is not being subtle about the theme of his forthcoming album. If the “Black Panties” title and orgy cover art weren’t enough of a hint, the R&B icon has now launched a telephone hotline.
Fans can call into the “Black Panties Hotline” to set up the option of receiving eight messages from Kelly every month.
