In today’s tv news, Rocsi Diaz confirms she’s stepping away from the mic at “ET”, while Academy Award winner Cuba Gooding Jr. flashed his pecs during a Chicago Blackhawks hockey game.

After two-years on tv’s longest running entertainment magazine, former “106 & Park” host Rocsi Diaz is set to leave Entertainment Tonight as weekend co-host and daily correspondent. Her last reports will be filed in January. An ET rep told Deadline,

“As both Rocsi and ET have grown and evolved over the years, she has elected to pursue hosting opportunities that are available to her at the start of next year. Until then, she will continue to bring her usual brand of Rocsi-style entertainment interviews to ET.”

In related ET news, Kevin Frazier has been named co-host and CNN’s Nischelle Turner is as a new correspondent.

Just for giggles…we spotted Cuba Gooding Jr. being his over-the-top self last night. He was in Chicago to film “Empire” with Terrence Howard where he was invited to the United Center for the Chicago Blackhawks preseason game against the Detroit Red Wings.

The folks asked him to participate in the team’s “Shoot the Puck” game and they got all that and then some. He was given three shots to get a puck into one of three slots in the net from center ice. He missed the first two shots, but the third was a charm. And off came the shirt!

Enjoy!

on

In the bustling streets of Southeast, Washington DC, rapper Kazon’s latest offering, “My Brother,” emerges as a symphony of redemption and advocacy, resonating with audiences far and wide.

Kazon’s path to musical stardom has been fraught with obstacles, from brushes with the law to a brush with death that left him scarred but unbroken. Through it all, he credits his resilience to the belief that every setback is an opportunity for growth.

With “My Brother,” Kazon takes on the role of a lyrical mentor, offering guidance and solace to Black youth grappling with violence and systemic oppression. Through heartfelt verses and melodic refrains, he shares his own journey of redemption, using his past mistakes as a catalyst for change.

At its core, “My Brother” is a call to action—a plea for unity, love, and advocacy within the Black community. Kazon’s harmonious tale serves as a reminder that through solidarity and advocacy, we can effect real change and pave the way for a brighter future.

As the final notes of “My Brother” fade into the ether, Kazon’s message lingers: every trial is a testament to our strength, and every mistake is a chance to do better. Through his music, he invites us to join him in a journey of redemption and advocacy—one that holds the promise of a more just and equitable world for all.
