Catch Up With Rising West Coast Emcee Yung Linkx

Yung Linkx Chain Reaction

Yung Linkx is a young rap artist on the rise coming out of the Los Angeles area. Growing up, he was surrounded by music since most of his family members were involved with music. So naturally Yung Linkx made the decision to start making his own music as well at a young age. After some time, the rapper was able to find his own recording style and created his own sound. And that’s when the up and coming rapper first felt like he actually had a career in music. Aside from his family having an influence on his decision to start creating music, Yung Linkx found hip hop is an influence for him as well.

While Linkx enjoys listening to all of the different music artists, he wants to have a conversation with Kendrick Lamar. Since they’re both from LA and Kendrick rose to new heights of success, Yung Linkx feels he could learn from him. He’s striving to reach the same kind of success as the other musical greats in the industry. And with guidance from his uncle Hen Gee, OG Cuicide, Jamal Ross, and Freeway Rick Ross his road to success will be easier.

Yung Linkx has already carved out his own lane in the music scene by creating his own unique sound. As a solo independent artist, the rapper has released his first EP which is titled Chain Reaction. The project’s out now and available across all of the major streaming platforms so make sure you check it out. Yung Linkx has also released a series of mixtapes called Cali Connect. Those projects were hosted by DJ VIP from All Money In  and DJ Wats from SODMG. And fans can expect to see more new music coming from the up and coming rapper real soon. He’s currently locked away in the studio working on his upcoming Chain Reaction 2 EP. So make sure you follow him on social media at @yunglinkx to stay caught up on his upcoming releases!
