Emergency Obsessed or Hot Mess: Kendall Jenner Wears Suspenders and More Wacky Weekend Looks That Need Your Vote Stat

Published

We usually reserve Tuesdays to vote in our weekly Obsessed or Hot Mess roundup, but there were so many head-scratching celebrity looks this weekend, that we need to discuss them now. Kendall Jenner tested out the crop-top-plus-suspenders combo, Vanessa Hudgens sported fringe Daisy Dukes with a leopard leotard and Solange Knowles wore an outfit that’s well, very Solange.

Kendall Jenner’s Suspenders: The model loves to test out risky trends — remember when she tried to make skants happen? And while she’s not the first female star to try out suspenders (remember this Taylor Swift ensemble?) she is styling the accessory in a very unique way with an edgy cutout tee and sneakers.

Vanessa Hudgens‘s Leopard Bodysuit with Daisy Dukes: Hudgens is such the boho-chic queen, that it’s been a while since we’ve seen her in something that wasn’t flowy. Granted, it was 80 degrees in N.Y.C. over the weekend, so we understand why she ditched the extra fabric. But do the cutoffs work with a revealing top? Does she get bonus points for matching the cheetah print to her sunglasses? These are the questions we’ve been asking ourselves.

Solange Knowles’s Cutout Capris: Knowles never misses an opportunity to wear a bold design that makes us stop and stare, and the singer’s outfit at the Surflodge x Zimmermann event in Montauk, New York was one of those looks. We’re not even talking about her shoulder cutout top. We’re looking at her unique see-through pants. which show just as much skin as a pair of shorts.

The MMG CEO explains that he is on a different level of gangster and the Instagram antics can’t get him out of a luxurious seat in his private hanger. In the bustling streets of Southeast, Washington DC, rapper Kazon’s latest offering, “My Brother,” emerges as a symphony of redemption and advocacy, resonating with audiences far and wide.

Kazon’s path to musical stardom has been fraught with obstacles, from brushes with the law to a brush with death that left him scarred but unbroken. Through it all, he credits his resilience to the belief that every setback is an opportunity for growth.

With “My Brother,” Kazon takes on the role of a lyrical mentor, offering guidance and solace to Black youth grappling with violence and systemic oppression. Through heartfelt verses and melodic refrains, he shares his own journey of redemption, using his past mistakes as a catalyst for change.

At its core, “My Brother” is a call to action—a plea for unity, love, and advocacy within the Black community. Kazon’s harmonious tale serves as a reminder that through solidarity and advocacy, we can effect real change and pave the way for a brighter future.

As the final notes of “My Brother” fade into the ether, Kazon’s message lingers: every trial is a testament to our strength, and every mistake is a chance to do better.
