Golden Globes 2016: Jennifer Lopez Goes Very Un-JLo and Covers Up on the Red Carpet

Published

on

2015 was the year of sheer for Jennifer Lopez (and just about every other star), but the singer is kicking off 2016 with a more covered up look. She hit the Golden Globes red carpet in a gown that wasn’t sheer, wasn’t plunging and wasn’t sequin. (Shocked, right?)

“It’s a really good dress and I love it,” Lopez shared of her canary Giambattista Valli Haute Couture design, which she accessorized with glittering Jimmy Choo shoes, a Judith Leiber Couture crystal herringbone clutch and over 200 carats of Harry Winston Diamonds including a 46.95-carat Diamond wreath necklace.

The look did have one very JLo accent — a thigh-high slit that showed off her amazing legs.

Last year, Lopez also went for a caped look — more specifically a “art deco inspired beaded sheer caftan” created by her close friend Zuhair Murad. And the look had all the makings of Lopez special — tons of crystals, a low-cut décolletage-enhancing neckline and allover sheer fabric.

In case you’re concerned, don’t be. The Shades of Blue star will surely return to her skin-baring ways on American Idol this season.

The MMG CEO explains that he is on a different level of gangster and the Instagram antics can’t get him out of a luxurious seat in his private hanger. While exposing fandom audio, switchable accusations, and fake body parts, Rozay says this beef has to end face to face. Let us know your thoughts on the official video below. Kazon’s ‘My Brother’: A Harmonious Tale of Redemption and Advocacy

Published

on

In the bustling streets of Southeast, Washington DC, rapper Kazon’s latest offering, “My Brother,” emerges as a symphony of redemption and advocacy, resonating with audiences far and wide.

Kazon’s path to musical stardom has been fraught with obstacles, from brushes with the law to a brush with death that left him scarred but unbroken. Through it all, he credits his resilience to the belief that every setback is an opportunity for growth.

With “My Brother,” Kazon takes on the role of a lyrical mentor, offering guidance and solace to Black youth grappling with violence and systemic oppression. Through heartfelt verses and melodic refrains, he shares his own journey of redemption, using his past mistakes as a catalyst for change.

At its core, “My Brother” is a call to action—a plea for unity, love, and advocacy within the Black community. Kazon’s harmonious tale serves as a reminder that through solidarity and advocacy, we can effect real change and pave the way for a brighter future.

As the final notes of “My Brother” fade into the ether, Kazon’s message lingers: every trial is a testament to our strength, and every mistake is a chance to do better. Through his music, he invites us to join him in a journey of redemption and advocacy—one that holds the promise of a more just and equitable world for all.
