When it comes to finding time to exercise, finding the right fitness wear, and actually going to the gym, the thought alone becomes a workout itself. We’ve all been at the point where we’ve had to cancel a spin class, or miss a day of cardio every now and again because we didn’t have time. We’ve also had to turn down a few invites to dinner, or events because we wouldn’t make it once we’ve been home to change after the gym.

Both issues  can be resolved simply by changing what you wear to and from the gym. While we believe showers are needed after exercising, stuffing and wrinkling your clothes into your gym bag isn’t a good idea unless you plan to pack a portable steamer as well.
