Rawrrzone Picks Spoken Word meets RnB, “Take Time”
When all else fails music heals. over the last few years many have bonded by the pain of grief and the comfort of music. Mac Groves, Brody Jamez , and Travis J The Poet is bringing the raw in the emotion to life. The song Take Time a testament to those they have loved and lost from mental health problems. The track bridges the gap between R&B and spoken word poetry, the messaging giving the listener the green light to allow them to grieve and to take it all in. The song gives the listener validity that they can take the time needed to process the loss and find the strength to move everyday.
The visualizer on youtube delivers positive calming visuals to accompany the messaging behind the lyrics. This is one of those uplifting tracks you need to move through hard times.

New Jersey Singer Apryl Talks New Music, Plans For The Future & Writing A Book
As the New Year is upon us, how do you plan on generating more influence on the music industry?
I plan on doing so by doing more live shows, releasing merchandise and by putting out a new full length project.
Why should people listen to your new single “Bruised Girl”?
Bruised Girl speaks to the feelings behind trauma, specifically childhood trauma which I’ve learned influences our adult decisions and relationships. But it doesn’t stop at the feelings of the trauma. It provides you with an affirmation to live and heal. This “Bruised Girl” is going to WIN!
Talk a little bit about the production of this single?
This song was produced by my husband (Evibe Productions) and we started with what we wanted to talk about. This song took many dips and turns but allowed us to infuse our sound with a blues effect hints, and the live guitars as well.
What are some things that you incorporate into your everyday life to prompt your healing process?
I journal everything and create affirmations. I am my biggest critic but I am also my biggest fan. My desire is to be authentic even in my healing.
Can you talk a little about your most recent performance and what your experience was like?
I recently performed for 2 events in the same day. One performance was for Homeless Person’s Memorial Day, and I was able to engage with the homeless and share not just a song, but also share some of my story. This allowed me to comfort them and share words of victory in spite of their situation. However, I started the day sharing with senior citizens as I do every Christmas through a program I call Gifts for Seniors through my program Pink Heart Rehab. I gave gifts, encouraged and sang for them, and it turned out to be encouraging to me as I was not having a great mental health day.
What is up next for Apryl?

#RawrrzonePicks @b3autiful_disaster – Mercury
It’s getting spicy in the Rawrrzone as ATL’s own B3autiful comes to the Rawrrzone with her latest single Mercury Beautiful has gotten our attention drawing mid 2000’s RNB / Pop vibe. The premise of the song drawing the sensations of Mercury her aura like a drug wanting more and more. B3autiful’s harmonies mesh well with the production hypnotising her audience to follow the imagery of her day dreaming of pleasing Mercury and the things that can happen when they are together. Her delivery reminds us a bit of Teyana Taylor and HER with a splash of pop and a lot of swag.
The song which was a follow up to her singles I Don’t Understand and No Control giving us a different side of her. We see a growth of production from No Control to Mercury but we also see how versatile she is in terms of her craft and Since its release on December 9th it has made headway getting love from Florida , New York and surrounding states. The young creative has been on a mission to make sure it is known that she is here to stay and we can’t wait to see her go through this journey.
