Published

on

Breakout country artist and showstopping performer Reyna Roberts releases her newest single, “One Way Street”, following accolades from Wonderland Magazine, from her upcoming debut album, Bad Girl Bible: Vol.1 (via EMPIRE Nashville). Written by Roberts, Natalie Stovall, and Aaron Wagner, “One Way Street” is a powerful and haunting ballad that showcases Roberts’ powerhouse vocals and unique sound, defying the confines of traditional genre rules.

The buzzworthy star is partnering with The General Insurance as it supports rising artists. The Nashville-based company is unveiling The General Sound Studio™ and is collaborating with Epic Records to provide national exposure to give up-and-coming artists their big break. Roberts decided this song was perfect for her venture with The General. “Recording ‘One Way Street’ in The General Sound Studio was such an incredible experience because it’s unlike anything I’ve ever done before,” said Roberts. “The recording process was one of a kind!”

“The single is about unrequited love, being in a one-sided relationship, getting mixed signals, and not knowing which direction to go in.”

The fiery singer-songwriter has also recently partnered with Amazon Prime, Grammy Museum,

CMT, CMA, Amazon Music, Bud Light, Tennessee Titans, Stella Rosa, and NASCAR. She continues blazing a trail toward success, receiving high praise from the industry and her peers. Roberts has opened for Reba McEntire, toured with country artist Jamey Johnson, and has performed with Luke Combs. Her music is “hard-hitting and anthemic” (Rolling Stone, Rolling Stone Country), “lively and energetic” (Billboard), and she has created songs for ESPN, Apple TV +, NFL, and Hallmark Channel. She has been featured in People, New York Times, Taste of Country, The Boot, Music Now, Wide Open Country, and many other publications, demonstrating that her music resonates with fans and critics alike.

“One Way Street” follows “Country Club,” the first single from her upcoming debut album, Bad Girl Bible: Vol. 1, set to release on September 8, 2023 – followed by Vol. 2 next year. About the upcoming first half of the double album Roberts reveals, “Vol. 1 of Bad Girl Bible is my Old Testament. I’ve been preparing for this my whole life, and I am grateful to finally share the stories that have impacted me along this journey. My mission is to change the world one song at a time, and to inspire others the way my favorite artists have inspired me. “

What I think is funny, the outro is actually me recording a bunch of potential beat tags. There was a miscommunication and Nemizzo extended the beat and made it the outro. I like it though lol.” Check out Santa Sallet merch here.
