In spite of the year’s turbulence, 2020 has ushered in its fair share of great music. But even with the end in sight, 2nd Generation Wu have come together to release their single, WE HERE NOW. Although the track was first composed in 2016, the group’s prodigious talent was apparent early in their career. iNTeLL describes the song’s production:
“We first met the producer DLP at a Chris Rivers & Young Dirty Bastard show at Drom NYC. After about a week Pxwer, Supreme and I all ended up in the studio for the first. Pxwer and I laid down verses and the record was finalized at Brooklyn’s Dragons Lair in Bushwick!”
The track’s persistently catchy beat and unrelenting lyrical flow attest to the young group’s laudable talent. If WE HERE NOW is any indication, 2nd Generation Wu will continue to impress listeners well past the new year. Stream the track down below.
