Exclusive! Lux Says Hollow Had Inconsistencies In Their Battle (@IAmLoadedLux @HollowDaDonLOM)

Published

on

We previously released Part 1 of our post-UW Battle Leauge “High Stakes” interview with Loaded Lux, in which he discussed various aspects of his battle vs Hollow Da Don, and here he continued to talk with Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes about various details of their epic clash.

Lux began by addressing the positives and negatives of Hollow Da Don winning the coin toss and choosing for Lux to kick off the battle.  He believes that even though Hollow is a great freestyler, Lux’s material in the first round could’ve been so solid that people will still be vibing on his energy and bars even after Hollow spit his heat.

Lux went on to address the rumors stirred up by fans regarding his reason for taking off his leather jacket after Hollow spit a rebuttal about it.  Despite what many have been saying, Lux stated that he was already going to take off the jacket but Hollow just managed to time his rebuttal perfectly so it played into his bars.  Lux is very critical, especially of himself, and believes that even though he put on a great performance he still has much room to grow, and also felt as though Hollow had inconsistencies within his rounds during the battle.

He concluded by addressing the drama behind the various battle leagues competing to get the best battles, and he believes that UW putting on a great show is actually a win for Smack/URL and all of the other leagues because it elevates Battle Rap as a whole.
