Nikki Reed
What do you love about this space?
“This desk (or ‘vanity) is one of the oldest pieces of furniture in my family, and one of the few things my mom inherited from her parents. So no matter where I live, this will always find a place in my home. I love the history behind it, and the thought of my grandmother sitting here writing letters, or powdering her nose.”

Describe your beauty routine in two words.
“Soothing and therapeutic. I love the process of putting on makeup. It feels like I’m creating a work of art. It’s so relaxing. I don’t often wear a ton of makeup, but when I know I am going to an event I always volunteer to do my own or someone else’s because there’s something so therapeutic about painting a face.”

What’s your latest beauty discovery?
“My makeup artist Fiona Stiles recently showed me how to use my Benefit highlighter above my top lip (right in the center), on the bridge of my nose and cheekbones to create a dewy look.”

What do you love about this space?

“This space is in the guest room, which has basically been turned into my boudoir. It’s away from the rest of the house and my place to have all my girlie stuff on display and out of my husband’s way. The light here is really good so it’s a good space to do my makeup. I also love the amount of drawer space so I can store anything I don’t use everyday or want on display.”

Describe your beauty routine in two words.
“Consistent and oily! I use oil everywhere — on my body, face and hair!”

What’s your latest beauty discovery?
“I just discovered the Tom Ford bronzer. It’s been out for ages but I hadn’t tried it until recently. The ‘Terra’ shade is a truly matte bronzer that is great for adding color or contouring. The packaging is beautiful. Don’t be put off by the price — you get a lot of product for it!”

What do you love about this space?

“I love that there’s so much natural light in the bathroom, it’s perfect for makeup. No surprises when you walk out — your foundation is always on right.”

Describe your beauty routine in two words
“Consistent and enhancing.”

What’s your latest beauty discovery?
“Marcelle’s Golden Glow BB Cream. It’s a skin enhancer. It’s amazing — you can blend it right into your foundation and it gives you a nice, glowing finish. Or, you can use it solely as a highlighter, like on the bridge of your nose or cheekbones.”

What do you love about this space?

“The lighting is great for putting on makeup! And there is tons of drawer space so I can fit all my products there. The space is just so clean and bright and light!”

Describe your beauty routine in two words
“Quick and painless.”

What’s your latest beauty discovery?
dpHUE shampoo and conditioner. They’re purple so they’re great for blondes because it really bring out your highlights. My colorist in L.A. uses it on me — it’s his new line he just launched. The whole line of products is great, they also have a great oil for before you do dry your hair, or you can use it after you blow dry to tame frizz/flyaways.”
