Joanna Newsom Announces North American Tour, Will Screen Paul Thomas Anderson-Directed "Divers" Video in Movie Theaters

Joanna Newsom has announced a theatrical run for the “Divers” video, from her upcoming album of the same name. The video will screen at theaters across the United States from October 16-22, and will also screen in UK theaters on October 27. The video was directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, and shot at the NYC studio of artist Kim Keever (whose work is heavily featured in the packaging for Divers).

Newsom has also announced a North American tour, which kicks off in December. According to a press release, West Coast shows are forthcoming. 

Divers is out October 23.

It should be no surprise we are sharing a new track from emerging 215 artist, Dell Corcetti. Titled “Priceless,” Dell croons over atmospheric production courtesy of Gibbo as he raps about his lady and lifestyle.

“With this song, I was aiming to capture the spirit of many songs from my old playlist that shaped my taste in music. That’s where I found my inspiration for how I stitched together my melodies. Not to mention, the beat alone already stirred inspiration inside of me. The producer (Gibbo) really did his thing.”
