Day 5 of Paris Fashion Week brought out the young, bold and stylish, of course. Not only did fresh faces like Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid make way onto the catwalk, but designers seemed to present collections that hones in on youthful looks.

Elie Saab surprised us all by shying away from the red carpet gowns he’s known for, and showing a lineup perfect for the sartorial trend lover. Staying true to his romantic and feminine aesthetic, looks included ribbon bow accents, bold striped suiting, bomber jackets, color block prints and lace – which was probably the most evident factor out of all the clothing. Not to mention, tapping Kendall and Gigi for catwalk duty was pretty much the height of the show’s young and fun appeal.

Over at Mugler, a navy and white color palette reigned supreme, with pops of reds and greens pushing through. Designed with unexpected cutouts, thigh-high splits and peek-a-boo mesh, it was clear this collection was designed for the young and rebellious.

Nina Ricci also brought major wow factor with a runway that screamed ‘sex appeal.’ Models flaunting ruby red lips wore wrap coats as dresses, feather embellishments and sheer pullovers that left little to the imagination. It was pretty much the go-to handguide for the woman who doesn’t dare need permission.
