Rising Artist Kizz Q Shares Visual for “Pop Star”

Kizz Q is turning things up a bit with the release of his new video “Pop Star,” out now on YouTube! The St. Louis, Missouri-native is just getting started in his music journey and is off to a great start. He has a few projects under his belt that he’s been able to put out, including a few that establish his talents and show off his skills as an artist. The single is the lead track that will be on his upcoming EP Headlines. The EP is set to drop early December. In the meantime, check out the video for “Pop Star” below.

How would you describe your sound to readers who may not be familiar with you?

My sound is very lyrical, melodic, metaphoric, soulful filling and unique.

What ultimately inspired you to dedicate yourself to a music career?

The ability to create an original and authentic sound of music that uplifting my soul is what ultimately inspired me and how it impacted other around me. Creating music always put me in a positive and happy atmosphere. I feel like I’m in my own world when I’m creating music.

What’s one reason you are passionate about music and what inspires you?

The way my music motivates people and the way it make them feel is one reason why I’m so passionate about it. The fact that my voice can help inspire or change someone’s life for the better is a blessing. The support from my family and my fans is what motivates me even more.

Do you have any hobbies outside of music? What do you do to stay creative?

I like to play basketball at the gym, work out, and like to play the play station. Also ready interesting books and research new words.

Who are some of your main musical influences?

Michael Jackson, Tupac, Drake, Chris Brown, Jcole, Steve Wonder, Prince.

What are some of your music career goals for the future?

Earn gold and platinum albums with hit records, start a music school and a record label.

Marcus is a low level scam artist that works for his uncle, the most “dangerous construction boss” in Chicago. He continues to screw up job after job and is desperate to show his uncle/boss that he can be responsible and counted on in the family business. The boss gives him just one more chance to prove himself. Then, the most unlikely of events happens, causing a chance meeting of Allen and Marcus and starting a downward spiral like no other. Can any of these men make it out and show that they are indeed NOT Irresponsibull?
