During a Reebok shoe launch event, YMCMB rapper Tyga made it clear that he won’t be addressing the suicide of Freddy E., a rapper and close friend to Tyga’s protege, Honey Cocaine. According to HipHopDX,during the event, Tyga was asked about the incident, and quickly rebuffed the journalist. “I’m not talking about that,” Tyga reportedly said. Freddy E’s death deeply affected Honey Cocaine, who was criticized for what many perceived as contributing to his depression. But according to her, they were close friends–not lovers–as many speculated. |
