Walmart BLAMES Tracy Morgan For His Own Near-Fatal Injuries + Rich Homie Quan’s Father GUNNED DOWN In Atlanta Barbershop, Hospitalized In Critical Condition

Tracy Morgan is being blamed for his own injuries in a legal response filed by Walmart.  Find out why the retail giant blames Tracy inside and get the deets on the shooting that landed Rich Homie Quan’s father in the hospital.

Retail giant Walmart has responded to a lawsuit filed by comedian Tracy Morgan after a major accident in his limo bus vehicle left him critically injured and killed one of his closets friends a few months ago.  The Walmart 18-wheeler rammed into Tracy’s vehicle, causing the death of one passenger and horrible injuries and broken body parts for Tracy and others.

But in their response, Walmart blames Tracy for his own injuries…because he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt!

“Plaintiff’s injuries, if any, were caused … by plaintiff’s failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device. By failing to exercise ordinary care in making use of available seatbelts … plaintiff acted unreasonably and in disregard of [their] own interests.”

The response was made in court papers filed in New Jersey federal court Monday.  Benedict Morelli, Tracy’s attorney, responded to Walmart’s claims saying,

“After Walmart told the public and their customers that they would take full responsibility, they put responsibility on my clients and the deceased — which I think is despicable.  Tracy is struggling and struggling and he’s sitting in a wheelchair and they’re blaming him. It’s disgusting.”

We have to agree.  While Tracy’s legal team (and authorities) blamed Walmart’s driver Kevin Roper for the crash, Walmart’s response is going with the mantra that it is “unable to admit or deny” various allegations made by Tracy and his team about the crash.

Buckle up…..this one won’t go away easily.

The father of rapper Rich Homie Quan was gunned down in an Atlanta barbershop that he owned on Monday morning.  The shooting incidents leaves many unanswered questiong, including, who shot Corey Lamar?  Quan’s dad, Corey, who’s also his manager, was wounded when a man (or men) burst into the barbershop he owned and attempted to rob the place. During the incident, authorities say the men opened fire.

Corey was hit 4 times and rush to a hospital and taken into surgery. He was last listed in critical condition and is expected to survive.  TMZ reports say Rich Homie Quan was by his father’s side once he got out of surgery.  Police are investigating the shooting and we’ll keep you posted with updates.

Oddly, RHQ has not mentioned the shooting on social media, but he is hyping his mixtape with Birdman and Young Thug
