Alongside Grammy-winning production group Weathrman, veteran vocalist Hollyn shares her new album titled Theology of Beauty: Fall. The quick-strike release includes 12-cohesive cuts and comes coupled with the announcement of both parties signing to Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins’ Alienz Alive label. Three additional projects that flow seamlessly into the remaining seasons (Winter, Spring, and Summer) will be released as apart of a larger Theology of Beauty anthology over the next year.
“Joining Alienz is exciting to us because we’ve always wanted to be a part of a team that values what we value. Creative integrity, advocacy for artists, faithful gospel witness and discipleship through the arts, are some of the things we feel called to and what Rodney as well as his team are about.
For us this partnership is a custom fit,” says the first lady in a joint press statement with the Weathrman about joining the roster.
Darkchild adds:
“When I first connected with Hollyn, I could sense right away that her heart and calling lined up perfectly with what we’re building at Alienz Alive. This isn’t just about music; it’s about discipleship, creativity, and stewarding the gifts God has given us to point people back to Him.
Having Hollyn and the Weathrman join our mission feels like confirmation that we’re moving in the direction God intends for us.”
