Former G-Unit rapper 40 Glocc was victorious in beating domestic battery charges in court on Friday. He tweeted about his criminal case, writing “The D.A..& Judge Just Said Case Dismissed!.. I Won My Criminal Case! IF THE SHOE DON’T FIT U MUST Acquit!!.. I was Fighting like 15 Felony Charges!!.. U Fools had No Idea what I been Threw 2012 till Now!”
40 Glocc was arrested in late 2011 while trying to leave his house after allegedly strangling his ex-girlfriend. According to TMZ, the woman told police that 40 had been abusing her for more than a year, but the judge thought otherwise.
