Twickenham Stadium in London was jam-packed with fans awaiting performances from a slew of the hottest female artists, including Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora, and more for Chime For Change’s Sound Of Change. The concert was supposed to promote female empowerment, but the notion was lost on some fans who thought the celebs were being too sexy for the show.
One Twitter user said, “Beyonce is singing At Last in leather knickers while quotes from Rosa Parks and Princess Diana blare on the screen behind her #empowerment.”
Another joined in, writing “J-Lo and Mary J Blige are dressed like a couple of WWE wrestlers!! Never mind Chime for Change its time they got changed!!”
