Britney Spears & Her Sick Abs Cover ‘Women’s Health’

Britney Spears has always had one of those seemingly impossible pop star bods, but add in a non-stop Vegas show schedule, and you have that times 100. This month, the mother of two flaunts her ab-tastic figure on the cover of “Women’s Health” and inside, she’s talking about her “consistent” workout routine, which includes cardio, light weights and yoga.

“After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape. But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise,” says the chart topper on her body after motherhood.

“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically. I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
