As if everything about Chanel wasn’t luxurious enough, the French brand has just announced that it will open the world’s very first Chanel spa at the Ritz in Paris. The “Chanel au Ritz Paris” is confirmed to be opening by the end of this year as a part of the 5-star hotel’s ongoing renovations.
The brand’s choice to open its inaugural spa at the Ritz is both sentimental and historic. Coco Chanel, the founder of the French fashion house, famously lived at the Ritz for over three decades.

The spa will offer a full selection of the Chanel skincare line, and a Coco Chanel-themed suite will also be available for visitors to stay in. “The story linking Chanel and the Ritz Paris would not be complete without the opening of a new Coco Chanel suite inspired by the one she originally occupied, and by the decor she loved so much,” said an official statement issued by the brand.
Though an official opening date has not been given, Chanel officials confirm that the new luxury spa will be open by the end of this year.
