Karrine Steffans looks to have finally moved on from her infatuation/obsession/whatever-it-was with Lil Wayne. The notorious former groupie and author has been open about her intense feelings regarding the YMCMB star, but some recent photos posted online reveal that the woman formerly known as “Superhead” has gotten herself involved with another rapper.
