Kenya Moore is fighting her eviction with a counter lawsuit, claiming her landlord is out to damage her reputation. In newly filed court documents, Kenya Moore claims her landlord filed for eviction just to sell the story to the tabloid magazines. She also says her rent has been paid through the month of June, and she’s not a dead-beat tenant.
So now Kenya Moore is suing her landlord for emotional stress, claiming she’s been shunned by her friends after the news of her eviction…
