Mourn Play "Gertrudis, Get Through This!" and "Silver Gold", Get Interviewed at Primavera

Mourn were performers at this year’s Primavera Sound Festival in their hometown of Barcelona. In an interview with Pitchfork.tv, they discussed their hometown, art school, and the ways in which art and music reinforce one another. “You can’t do a movie without music, without music you can’t [sometimes] even draw or paint because you can’t have thoughts,” said Mourn drummer Antonio Postius Echeverría. “We wanted to combine it,” guitarist/vocalist Carla Pérez Vas added.

The video also features performances of “Gertrudis, Get Through This!” and “Silver Gold” from Primavera.

Mourn released their self-titled debut in February.
