At MAXIM’s Hot 100 party, Cyrus said that she didn’t think she deserved the No. 1 spot and revealed that she believed the sexy singer from Barbados is the hottest woman on the planet. “She’s, like, so hot,” Cyrus said. She also later stated that she would make out with Rih-Rih. So of course, Rih-Rih was asked the same question by TMZ. “Tell her to call me,” Rihanna said, exciting excitable fanboys everywhere. |
