Reese Witherspoon’s bangs. Anne Hathaway’s bob. Zayn Malik’s gray hue. Yes, you read that right. Zayn Malik now has gray hair, joining the ranks of the most dramatic celebrity breakovers. Malik debuted a silvery gray shade just weeks after his split from ex-fiancée Perrie Edwards.
The 22-year-old showed off his post-breakup galactic-inspired hair color while out with friends at 1 Oak nightclub in West Hollywood. The silvery shade is more prominent on the top of his head, where his hair has grown out from his recent buzz cut.

Before going gray (on purpose!), the former One Direction boy-bander played around with just about every color of the rainbow (green, white, blond, purple, orange and more). Why? He allegedly discovered the art of temporary hair dye, Dirty Down dyes, according to a fan on Twitter.
