(Audio) HoodTrophy Bino – “Thang Thangin”

Published

on

South Central bred rapper HoodTrophy Bino releases the new single “Thang Thangin”. This is a powerhouse track loaded with hyperactive beats, boisterous brass instrumentation, and brazen rap flow. HoodTrophy Bino sings, “Left cheek, right cheek / Make that sh*t jump.” With rapid-fire sonics that spiral out of control, “Thang Thangin” will make your whole body shake.

Recently taken off parole and now officially out of the system he was in since age 13, HoodTrophy Bino is a standout example of someone who has overcome insurmountable obstacles, escaped gang life, and created a better future for himself. Today, he is an advocate for gang members who grow up in the hood and witness death every other day with seemingly no way out.

HoodTrophy Bino has opened for Soulja Boy, Tee Grizzley, Bow Wow, Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, Omarion, Flo Malcom, Skinnyfromthe9, YN Jay, and Ohgeesy. He has received acclaim from Lyrical Lemonade, HipHopDX and more. With three new albums on the horizon, a viral single, “I Want Her” with a Kalan.FRFR remix, and features with Mozzy, 03Greedo, Jehki and RadioBase, HoodTrophy Bino is a prolific rapper and motivator for his generation. “I’m not here because I’m the best, I’m here because they tried to break me and they couldn’t.”

Skilla Baby Teases New Project With “Free Big Meech”

Save the date because April 26 comes the latest project The Coldest. Skilla Baby is poised for the announcement by unveiling a brand new single Free Big Meech. Produced by MIA JayC and Lee Choppn, this single hinges on tense synths and punchy 808s, while Skilla Baby unleashes a vital verbal flurry. Paving a lane to the forefront of the game at high-speed, rising Detroit rapper spoke on the project:

I took my time to put this project together… Sometimes, I feel like people try to place me in a box. The pressure of being a new artist, being successful, staying disciplined, and still clocking into the studio is very strenuous. But fun at the same time. As an artist, I’m known as the “Girl’s guy”. But I’ll never forget I come from the streets. As a real person, I feel so many emotions (mad, sad, happy, anxious, etc.). I say that to say, sorry for the wait but I wanted to put everything I feel into one project. Grab your coats…

Next up, the Vultures Eat The Most Tour takes him across the country on his most extensive jaunt yet. He also joins forces with New Orleans heavy-hitter Rob49 to co-headline the tour with tickets available here. This year is gearing up to be the coldest yet so pre-order your copy of the project here. EmanuelDaProphet Understands The “Vicious Cycle Feat. Rylo Rodriguez, Debut Album “Fab 5” Out Now!!

Published

Frienimes and family, struggle and sabotage is nothing more than a Vicious Cycle. Poised about the release of his debut album Fab 5, breakout rapper/songwriter EmanuelDaProhet exposes the harsh realities of life on the streets with a resounding message of hope. Like many young people growing up in Jackson, Michigan, Emanuel saw few options to build a life beyond gun violence, drugs and dead ends. But getting shot proved to be a major wake-up call and the experience ultimately gave him a renewed sense of purpose. With his commitment to making faith-formed and culture-forward music, Emanuel spoke on the album saying:

I’m feeling really excited about this album because I put my all into it. I gave it everything I have and it’s about my real life. Also, it’s incorporated with a Michigan sound where I’m actually from with a lot of producers from my home state I’ve always wanted to work with.

On the hard-hitting single, EmanuelDaProphet and Rylo Rodriguez tap into their experiences coming up in Jackson, Michigan and Mobile, Alabama respectively. Trading verses, they vividly capture the pressures young men face growing up on the streets – and suggest there is a better way. You can also catch the likes of Lil Yachty and Rich The Kid on the album available here. Stay tuned for a lot of changes from the Tamla Records signee and connect with EmanuelDaProphet on Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok. Listen to the official audio below.
