Sauce Blanche New Released – Sauce Session

Since 2018 Sauce Blanche dig up new musical and culinary talents and link these two worlds with an innovative angle to create events and creative contents. Sauce Session is the digital format of Sauce Blancge. It’s a match between a chef and an artist.

Artists are invited to give a special performance in the kitchen of a restaurant for a live session. While the artist is performing the chef whip up their specialty (recipes available on Instagram @sauceblanche). Two sessions to discover every month on the YouTube channel of Sauce Blanche

In this Sauce Session we find the electro-pop band Blow in the kitchens of Top Bun, the new burgers of Big Mamma group.

Blow performs his latest single «Meguro», from the new album that will be released in January. While in the kitchen, the Top Bun chefs prepare two burgers: the beef daddy smash burger and the garden patty burger.

PRÉSENTE SAUCE SESSION BLOW

In Paris, the Big Mamma group unveils the Top Bun restaurant, a pop-up with 100% organic burgers. The goal is to do something good, not too expensive and trendy. There will soon be other Top Bun to discover in France.

On the menu, an inevitable smash burger, but also vegetarian versions. To discover in the Sauce Session.
