Johnny Mase just dropped his Never Been Normal 2 EP which features his single with Dave East, “Bad Day”. The hook ‘I could get a bag on a bad day’ showcases the hustlers ambition that has made him so many cult fans.

In this past year Mase has had major success with the brand Never Been Normal, named after one of his previous tapes. With that success came with 59 different people tattooing his brand logo on they’re body within that single year.

If you were to listen to Johnny’s versatile music on shuffle, you would hear songs full of optimism, heartbreak, or even a more gritty sound of rap that describes the everyday struggles of living in poverty. Mase has worked closely with the likes of Crooked I and Mark Battles He has also collaborated with Dj Holiday, Cassidy, King Los, project pat and several Pittsburgh artists such as Jimmy Wopo, Hardo, & Fed the god.

Mase usually records his music out of ID labs, home studio of some of Pittsburgh’s biggest artists such as Wiz Khalifa & the late Mac Miller, primarily with big jerm & Garrett Hunter
