We remember how bonafide fashion critic Vanessa Friedman explained in great detail how and why Creole High Priestess Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter isn’t a fashion icon but we can’t lie; sometimes we can’t help but be effected by her #influence. Sure, we’ll concede that Bey’s sartorial doesn’t shift the tectonic plates of the fashion industry but every once in a while, the superstar performer turns us on to something. That latest thing happens to be Australian brand Bec & Bridge.

When she stepped out to support soon-to-be collaborator Giuseppe Zanotti at the relaunch of his Los Angeles store, the ***Flawless singer had one of those moments. It was a pretty simple white crop top and skirt but we had to sit up and take note.
