A$AP Mob is being sued by a woman who claims she was injured at the group’s 2013 performance at the Fonda Theater in Hollywood, TMZreports. According to the brief, Tammy Nguyen claims to have been hit by A$AP Ferg when he jumped into the crowd, after which she had to fight her way out with little help from security. Nguyen is suing both A$AP Mob and Ferg.
The plaintiff claimed in her filed documents that the incident caused her to suffer from a variety of ailments which prevent her from “enjoy[ing] society with her minor child as a young, single mother.” She also argued that Rocky has a history of similar behavior, citing an incident where he appeared to slap a fan at a concert in Sydney, Australia two months before the Made in America set. These allegations have yet to be reconciled.
Correction: An earlier verison of this story indicated that A$AP Rocky was charged with assault after last year’s Made in America Fest. It was actually 2013’s Made in America Fest.
