A man filming the launch of an NOAA ship learned a very painful lesson on where NOT to stand during a launch.

NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker was launched into Lake Michigan near Marinette, Wisconsin and when it hit the water the massive wave that was created sent pieces of wood flying like like missiles right at a man filming the event. He was reportedly knocked unconscious by the debris.
