Leonard Lanier accepted a plea deal of 28-years in prison for murdering his 21-year-old pregnant ex-girlfriend, Strawberry Edwards.  Her brother, who was obviously upset with the sentence, began fighting with the criminal’s brother after the sentence was delivered.  Both suffered minor injuries and were held in jail for fighting in court.  Ms. Edwards brother was ordered to serve five days in jail while Lanier’s brother was sentenced to serve 30 days behind bars.
