As a “Culture Creator” Dot has managed to acquire residency in Brooklyn creative hub, The Parlor. At The Parlor Dot host Soiree’s, Family dinners, and Recording/Jam Sessions.

Fresh off the heels of collaborating with rising musical superstar, Jidenna on the amped up party anthem, “Let Out” featuring Quavo, Philadelphia native, Dot Cromwell continues to make waves on the music scene. Cromwell readies hip hop heads for his impending arrival on new summer warm-up track, “Paid n full.”

On the new track produced by Fortune, Alexander Lewis and BLVK MVGK, Cromwell goes in over the haunting melody and spits bars reflecting on his youthful transgressions growing up in the streets of Southwest Philly, witnessing everything from neighborhood gang violence, police brutality and childhood friends being incarcerated.

As well as battling his own personal demons and desires, while trying to keep focused on the main objective of getting “paid n full,” much like he suggests in the song’s chorus where he likens his grind to that of a drug dealer reciting:

“We gotta bag the work/ We gotta we gotta bag the work, nigga /riding through the city ain’t no sleep until we finished/ and we paid n full we counting 100’s 20’s 50.”

“This song isn’t about drug dealing, and being Paid in Full isn’t necessarily about money” Dot Cromwell explains. “This is simply a metaphor for everyone who has to work from the bottom, and manage all the distractions life throws to make it to that finish line where their satisfaction and happiness lives”
