Eminem’s eighth album, “The Marshall Mathers LP 2,” is set to debut at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 charts next week with a projected sales total ranging from 700,000-750,000 copies sold within its first week of release. If this holds true, this will be Eminem’s seventh consecutive album to reach the No. 1 spot on the sales charts.
On top of that achievement, Em’s newest work is also set to have the second-highest first week sales total of the year. His album will fall just short of Justin Timberlake’s “The 20/20 Experience,” which was able to move 968,000 units upon its release.
