Peter Gunz opens up about his “wake up call” after viewing his behavior on “Love & Hip Hop,” revealing that it spurred him to make a change in his life. He adds that he went to the theater to watch “12 Years a Slave” to escape from feeling bad about the show, but admits that it made him feel worse.
Peter says that after watching the thought-provoking film, he was ashamed because he felt that slaves had done so much to rise above oppression and he was acting out on television.
