Fan Tributes Left At Paul Walker’s Crash Site Will Be Removed

It’s still shocking to think about the tragic deaths of actor Paul Walker and his best friend Roger Rodas.  Fans from all over the world have flocked to the crash site in Santa Clarita, California to pay their respect with tears, flowers and momentos.  But according to TMZ, that is all about to come to an immediate end.  The city of Santa Clarita is clearing ALL tributes left at the site.

Reps for the city of Santa Clarita tell us … the flowers, candles, posters, and other tributes — not to mention all the trash — that have been left at the crash site by fans paying their respects had piled up in the street and created a road hazard.

We’re told city crews have not thrown anything away … but they’ve moved all of the items off the street and onto the sidewalk … and they’ve invited the Walker and Rodas families to take away anything they’d like to keep.

Also … we’ve learned that starting today the city will be enforcing NO parking on the street near the scene of the crash … handing out tickets to violators.

At least they’re just moving the items to the sidewalk.  I have a feeling though that at some point they will just end up throwing the items away.  So if you are planning to pay your respects, I’d suggest donating to Paul Walker‘s charity, Reach Out Worldwide.Similar Posts:
