First Look: Cher Is The New Face Of Marc Jacobs

Marc Jacobs started our Wednesday morning with a sneak peek of Cher as the new face of his Fall/Winter campaign.

Cher is giving us some serious Morticia Addams vibes in a very Gothic sneak peek of the campaign posted on Marc Jacobs’ Instagram. Wearing a black pleated skirt with sheer insets and a black embroidered blazer, Cher is pictured seated and putting on black leather gloves. Her pale skin contrasting against her jet black hair, Cher is seated against a burgundy background that adds to the gothic undertone of the campaign.

“The amazing and beautiful CHER!,” Jacobs captioned his photo. “Photographed by David Sims for our Fall/Winter campaign… This is just the beginning… More to come!!”

We can’t say we are super surprised by this collaboration. Cher was Jacobs date to the Met Gala earlier this year, and he did call her one of his favorite women in a snap from that night.

This is the latest in fashion campaign updates as Ciara was just revealed as the face of Roberto Cavalli, following in Nicki Minaj’s footsteps.
