Hayley Stommel didn’t have cold feet about her groom, but she did have a change of heart when it came to her dress. She married Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard Wednesday in a gorgeous Monique Lhuillier gown, which wasn’t the design she originally chose for her big day.

The Grovers

“I picked out one dress in November and then just decided I didn’t like it a few months back,” Stommel, who wed Hubbard Wednesday night in Trail Creek Cabin in Sun Valley, Idaho, tells PEOPLE. “I went to Monique Lhuillier [in L.A.] and just had a great experience there in the past and so I was like, ‘That’s where I’m going to go.’ ”

And that’s where the bride, 28, found the one — an all-lace design with long sheer sleeves and a low back.

“The first time my mom went with me and my friend went with me, but the second time I went by myself and just did it myself. I don’t do well with shopping with other people,” she shares. “I just wanted to be comfortable and have a timeless, classic dress. It’s got a low back and a V-neck. It’s just simple.”

For his part, Hubbard, 28, also wore all white, from his vest to his jeans to his sneakers. The couple married on the two-year anniversary of their first kiss.

“There’s something about being able to call Hayley my wife and say that it’s official,” the country star, 28, tells PEOPLE. “Marriage is forever and we’re just so happy to share our love forever.”

What do you think of the couple’s wedding looks? Do you love Stommel’s dress? Sound off below.
