Gosha Guppy – Wonderland @goshaguppy

Hailing from the streets of East Flatbush, Gosha Guppy uses both his tough love background from his neighborhood and wild lifestyle to create music about drugs, sex and money. Also in touch with fashion, Gosha gets his name from fashion designer Gosha Rubchinskiy. Although from the East Coast, his music sounds nothing like his place of birth. He raps on the melodic beats of Chicago’s ICYTWAT, bass-thumping instrumentals from Atlanta’s Danny Wolf, and energetic sounds from Harlem’s Darion Harris. Gosha Guppy is not out to redefine music instead he wants to expand his brand by borrowing and incorporating from art, fashion, videos, and photos. Check out his latest wavy, YOSHIIMOTO-directed film for “Wonderland” here.
