Greg Hardy Claims He Would Win Against Lebron One-on-One (@itsghardy @kingjames)
Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy made a bold claim during a recent interview, where he said he believes he could beat out LeBron James if they were to play one-on-one. He stated that while LeBron is his favorite player, he’d still win the match.
The former Ole Miss basketball player said, “How should I answer this question? …I would dominate that dude. Hands down, guaranteed win. And that’s my favorite player.”
Later on in the interview Hardy changed his tune after it was pointed out that LeBron has four inches on him, saying “I would still win. Probably 11-9.”
He added, “Yeah, it would be a tight game. I’m not saying I would dominate him. That was a joke. I feel like I’d definitely win. I think there’s a game there. I don’t think that I’m trash and I don’t think that he’s trash. I think it’d be two dominant athletes playing and I’d come out on top.”
