Radamiz Drops New Single “The Monk’s Ferrari”
BK spitter Radamiz readies fans and critics alike ahead of his forthcoming album El Duende! with the Verde Madera-produced collaboration “The Monk’s Ferrari.” The brand new track follows the FifthGod-directed visual for the NYC natives Dom McLennon & Wiki-assisted cut “Big Pharma,” taken off his well-received Gnashing, Teeth project, and successfully sets the tone for future supporting singles.
“This is the first song Verde Madera and I are releasing together after building a 10-year friendship. The title comes from a book that was at our AirBnB in Topanga called The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. Verde had just made those two beats the morning I showed up and when I heard them, we decided to merge them before I added my vocals. I knew we had something special immediately. Verde was also the graphic designer for my last 3-song EP 3 Days Outside Your Body, so it really all is serendipitous,” says the talented lyricist in an exclusive press statement given to Medium Creative Agency.
If the soul could be translated, its imprint pressed into wax or reverberated through speakers, Bedstuy-born wordsmith Radamiz is the kind of artist who would dedicate himself to the pursuit of such a legacy. Radamiz is from the New York City borough of Brooklyn where his music, an effervescent mix of sensitive poetic musings and the braggadocious wanderings of an expansive mind, leaves no philosophical stone unturned. Yet for all his complex inner musings, the 30-year-old’s true gift is his ability to see himself in others, and then translate the unspoken dreams, fears, failures, victories, and a litany of other emotions that swirl together to create the human experience.
Press play on “The Monk’s Ferrari” below via your DSP of choice, compliments of Big Enough Home / STEM, and follow Radamiz on IG.
(Video) Calboy feat. Skilla Baby – “Gang Time” @147Calboy
Chicago rapper Calboy has returned with the song and accompanying video for “Gang Time,” featuring Skilla Baby via his new independent imprint Loyalty & Co. “Gang Time” is available everywhere now, watch the video HERE.
In the visual, we see Calboy and Skilla Baby iced out, flaunting stacks of cash, as they rap back-to-back. “Gang time, I’m on the e-way with this bitch, she throwing up gang signs / Oh this your bitch, she gave me brain, she got a great mind / I’m drippy, drippy, fly as fuck, bitch I got hang time,” Calboy raps.
The Chevy Music-produced “Gang Time” follows Calboy’s last single “On My Own.” His recent music marks his exit from RCA Records and the launch of his independent music career, where he’s carving out his own path with imprint Loyalty N Co.
And he shows no signs of slowing down: in addition to his new album, he’s also working on a TV series. Along the way, he’s collaborated with some of the biggest names in the game, including Lil Wayne and T-Pain, and continues to deliver hit records that resonate with fans around the world.
Watch YoungBoy NBA Brand New Video “Testimony”
YoungBoy NBA can testify to breaking the internet and his own personal records. Having made a promise to never be broke again, each release sets a higher standard for the chart topping artist. In the brand new visual for Testimony, YoungBoy feels that his hustle, motivation, and solidarity combine in garnering his riches. While the road to success may be paved with hoes, backstabbers, and snakes, the people in his camp will have protection if they focus on the vision. Directed by Karltin Bankz, we find YoungBoy dappered up in a fiery red as he gallops into the battle of everyday life. Stream your copy of the single here and watch the official video below.
