Kanye West Secretly Selling His Soho Bachelor Pad (@kanyewest)
Kanye West is secretly trying to sell his chic Soho bachelor pad, hoping to land a nice $4.5 million check out of the deal.
The apartment’s strangest feature is located in the master bedroom, where a long, slender, basin-like sink lays about five feet from West’s bed.
“It’s the height of a normal sink, but it’s a huge, long, granite object, probably about 9 feet long but only a couple of feet wide. At the front is a sink,” said a broker who looked at the spot recently. “It was long and extremely narrow and very artsy-looking. The apartment is amazing. If you like modern and sleek spaces, this is it.”
In addition to the weird sink, Kanye also has strange statues of children throughout the apartment, most notably at the entrance.
“It looks like an angel, or a little boy Cupid, and it’s on a raised platform,” said the broker.
The unit is not officially listed anywhere, but West’s agent held a secretive tour for NYC’s top brokers on Thursday.
