Kendrick Praises DMX, Says He Has One of His Favorite Verses (@dmx @kendricklamar)
Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar recently opened the floor on Facebook to his fans. His fans would ask the “Control” emcee many questions and among them was concerning his favorite rap verse. His answer was DMX.
“good one,” Kendrick Lamar wrote. “too many to think of. first one that comes to mind is dmx “im slippin’…first verse.”
In addition, Kendrick was asked about his career and when he believed his career was ready to blow up.
“when snoop [dogg] took me under his wing on stage,” the TDE rapper said. “a moment.”
