Kevin Ware Claims He Didn’t Send Angry Tweets at Anthony Davis (@antdavis23 @5juice)
In what looked to be a burgeoning basketball beef, Louisville basketball player Kevin Ware appeared to take shots at New Orleans Pelicans player Anthony Davis on Twitter. However, Ware’s tweets were quickly deleted, and now he’s saying he didn’t send them at all.
Kevin Ware, who’s the same player that suffered a brutal broken leg in March Madness last year, has a girlfriend named Brittany Kaye. She stayed by his side during the whole crazy broken leg debacle, and all seemed fine. But, Kaye used to be the girlfriend of Anthony Davis, and the two were seemingly in love. Davis often spoke of her on Twitter, and even attended prom together.
This is likely where many figured Ware’s anger was coming from, but now it seems that Ware was never angry at all. In fact, he’s completely shutting down his Twitter account to avoid any other situations like this, and swears he has nothing against Davis.
