Serving some serious Lady Gaga circa 2008, Lily Allen poses as the new face of House of Holland’s spring/summer 2015 eyeware collection.

The 29-year-old collaborated with designer Henry Holland for the 8-piece sunglass project. In funky shades and colors, it’s a great representation of both talents.

“I love all the styles and feel like we have achieved some killer frames,” Holland told Grazia Daily. “Lily was the right choice as we have been collaborating a lot over the last year and it’s always fun to work with friends. Shooting with Danielle Levitt was icing on the cake and the results are – in my opinion f’ing mega.”

As reported by Grazia Daily:

The eyewear range features eight pairs of sunnies including the Mossy, the Lippy, the Leggy and the OMG. In true House of Holland style, the sunnies are fun and unique, the OMG pair uses round frames to spell OMG out, whilst the lippy style has pout-shaped frames lined with red lipstick. “I have been a friend of Henry’s and fan of HOH for years and jumped at the chance to be involved with the campaign. I feel lucky to be able to continually collaborate with HOH for both my stage wear and life wear; they smash it like no one else can” said Lily.

Allen has always had a good relationship with fashion recently sitting on the H&M Design Award Jury, performing at fashion shows and starting her own clothing line Lucy In Disguise LLP that closed its doors Jan 2014.

(Sidenote: We love her new look!)

Mobby Rosas – “Up To Sum” f/ Westside Boogie (Video) + “The 4th Step” (Album)

Published

The track “up to sum” is one of my favorite stories of how a collaboration came about. WESTSIDE BOOGIE had posted an open verse challenge for his song “Mood” on instagram and I picked it up. I’ve done a few open verse challenges before, to no favorable outcome other than just posting more content. I didn’t think much would come of this verse entry. I recorded my video audition for the song while at work, I was a server at a hotel restaurant in downtown LA, in uniform and all. I posted it and tagged WS Boogie and to my surprise, he DM’d me saying that he thought my verse was hard and if I ever wanted him on a project, he was down. I remember reading the message at work and being in shock. I had wanted to work with WS Boogie for years and had even tried to reach out in the past, to no response. I immediately hopped on the opportunity to.
