People Really Think Beyoncé Is PhotoShopping Her Instagram Pictures
The Beyhive is die-hard and simultaneously nit-picky when it comes to Beyoncé’s Instagram photos.
Last April the 32-year-old was accused of PhotoShopping a photo of herself in the Dominican Republic while on vacation with Jay Z for their sixth wedding anniversary. Enjoying a game of put-put golf, Bey’s thighs looked unnaturally spread a part to some of her followers.
“Hi PhotoShop!” one person said. Another replied, “This is PhotoShopped for sure. Her leg doesn’t look like this. But she’s still fine.” Others contested the claims with medical precision, “It’s not PhotoShop. She is really skinny now. Plus, when you squat your muscle is flexing and that’s why her tigh is wiggly looking.”
Now B. Scott is claiming that yet another Instagram photo coming from Queen Bey has been worked on. The one in question is at the top of the page, of Beyoncé on vacation in Malibu. The blogger believes that evidence of alteration is in the glass and phone pictured.
He states: “Beyoncé posted a photo of herself relaxing with a glass of wine — a really long & wavy glass of wine. It must have been hot outside too, because it looks like the iPhone is melting.
There’s nothing wrong with a little thigh retouch here and there, but the trick is to not give it away. Whoever’s responsible might want to do a better job next time…if there even is a next time.”
The shade is real and official. But let us note that from time to time, everyone in the entertainment industry is altered. Makeup, photos, dieting– they’re all constantly working to look their best. And really, it doesn’t always reflect anything deeper than trying to provide the most appeasing images to the trolls.
