Miley Cyrus has been hanging out with a lot of hip hop notables lately. While some skeptics dismiss the former Disney star’s hip hop cred, friend and collaborator Pharrell Williams vouched for Billy Ray’s daughter in a recent interview with Hot 97. “She can tell you everything about Waka Flocka. She can tell you when Gucci Mane came out,” he explained. “She means it ’cause she grew up in that. She grew up listening to that with all her friends.
